Chia Acai Pudding

What do you need for approximately 4 Persons

 

- 1 cup Chia Seeds

- 2 spoons Acai Powder

- 200 ml vanilla Almond Milk (or soy milk)

- 2 tsp coconut sugar

- your favorite fruits (i like it with banana)

 

How do you make it 

 

Please soak the Chia Seeds over night in Water. The next morning you will have a slimy paste. 

Put it into a big bowl. Add all the other ingredients and stir everything until it becomes the consistency of a Pudding. That might take a few minutes. Add your favorite fruits.  Ready!
