Asian Fried Noodles *vegan

Ingredients for 4 Person:


125 g         Asia Noodles

2                Onions

1                Red Capsicum

1                Green Capsicum

4                Carrots (middle size)

2 tsp          Coconut Oil

150 ml       Coconut Milk

4 tsp          Soy Sauce

1                little piece of Ginger (1g)

200 ml       Vegetable Stock

1 tsp           Pepper, Coriander, Paprika, Thyme

3 tsp           Currypowder

1/2 tsp        Salt, Chillipowder




And how do I make this beautiful Asian Dish?

1. Boil the noodles for around 4 minutes 

2. Cut the onion, capsicum, ginger and carrots in little pieces and put it in a pan (a Wok will be the best). Fried the vegetable            for 5 minutes in the pan

3. Fill in the vegetable stock and let it boil for 15-20 minutes on middle heat

4. Put the noodles, the coconut cream, the soy sauce and all the spices inside and give it a very good stir

5. Leave it for 3 minutes inside and turn the heat down on low. Stir it in between.
